I never realised quite how ‘into’ socks I was until Paul Smith sent me a pair last summer to celebrate the opening of his Beak Street Store... Lucky me, today I was sent another footsie-fashion accessory to decorate my ankles with, this time from start-up Zulu Zion. These socks have been designed with hipsters in mind boasting uber funky graphic prints. (It’s nice to know that every single sock in their range is made from good quality Italian thread too!)
Together founders, Miha and Dijana Rolc find inspiration for their graphic patterns in Africa and 90’s hip hop culture. They launched Zulu Zion on KickStarter. I’m a fan. You can check out their “foot-prints” here.
